Questions Answered

Scheduling, insurance, walk-ins, virtual care. Everything patients ask most.

Booking, Walk-Ins & Appointments.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes. AllCare welcomes walk-in patients at all 15 locations for urgent care. Appointments are not required, though booking online can reduce your wait time.

How do I book an appointment?

Book online at allcare-ga.com/book, call (844) 779-7026, or walk in to any location. Online booking lets you choose a specific provider or select the first available appointment. Same-day slots are typically available.

How far in advance can I schedule?

You can typically schedule several months in advance, depending on provider availability. Same-day and next-day appointments are usually available as well.

Can I request a specific doctor?

Yes. Our online scheduler lets you book with a specific provider when they're available at your preferred location. View our providers here.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Bring your photo ID, insurance card, and any relevant medical records or documentation. For primary care, bring a list of current medications if you have one.

How long does a typical visit take?

A primary care visit typically runs 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the reason for your visit and the services needed. Urgent care visits for straightforward issues are generally faster.

Insurance, Self-Pay & Billing.

What insurance plans do you accept?

AllCare accepts most major insurance plans including BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare Part B, and Tricare. Over 40 plans total. See the list of most common insurances on our insurance page.

What if I don't have insurance?

No problem. Self-pay office visits start at $140 and include some rapid point-of-care testing and injectable medications. School and sports physicals are $40. Full rates on our self-pay rates page.

Do you accept HSA or FSA cards?

Yes. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for copays, self-pay visits, and prescriptions. No extra paperwork required.

Do you bill under Piedmont?

Yes. AllCare is a member of the Piedmont Clinically Integrated Network and bills under Piedmont payer contracts. This means your AllCare visit may appear as a Piedmont billing entry on your Explanation of Benefits — this is expected and correct.

Do I need a referral to be seen?

Most plans do not require a referral for urgent care or primary care visits at AllCare. If you're on a strict HMO with referral requirements, your PCP would need to refer you first. Call us if you're unsure: (844) 779-7026.

How do I know what my visit will cost?

Call us with your insurance plan details and we can estimate your cost before you book. Self-pay rates are published on our rates page.
