FAQ

Common Self-Pay Questions.

Can I pay with HSA or FSA?
Yes. We accept HSA and FSA cards for office visits, procedures, vaccines, and most prescriptions.
Do I pay before or after my visit?
At check-in. We collect the visit rate upfront. No billing back-and-forth after.
What if my visit needs more than expected?
If your provider recommends an added procedure or test, we tell you the rate before doing it. You decide.
Do you offer payment plans?
For larger procedures, yes. Call us to set one up before your visit.
Can I switch from self-pay to insurance later?
Yes. Bring your card to your next visit and we'll update your file. We don't retroactively bill insurance for a self-pay visit.
Are these rates the same at every clinic?
Yes. Same pricing across all 15 metro Atlanta locations.
