Pay your copay or coinsurance at check-in. We file the rest with your insurer.

You Get An EOB
Your insurance sends an Explanation of Benefits. It shows what they paid and what you owe, if anything.

What if I have a high-deductible plan?
You pay the full visit cost at check-in until you hit your deductible. Call us with your plan info and we can quote the exact cost ahead of time. Self-pay rates apply if you'd rather skip insurance.
Do you accept Medicare?
Yes. Medicare Part B at all 15 locations. Plus Medicare Advantage from Anthem, Humana, and UnitedHealthcare. Check the carrier list above for plan specifics.
Do I need a referral?
Most plans don't require one. If you're on a strict HMO with referral rules, your PCP would need to refer you first. Have a question? Call us.
Will my visit need pre-authorization?
Most office visits don't. Some procedures and imaging do. We handle pre-auth with your insurer before your appointment when it's needed.
What if my insurance changes between visits?
Bring the new card to your next visit. We re-verify and update your file at check-in.
Can I use HSA or FSA?
Yes. HSA and FSA cards work for copays, self-pay visits, and prescriptions. No extra paperwork.
